If the Merchant or Partner deems any personalized messages or images provided by you are inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, your order may be delayed or cancelled at the sole discretion of the Merchant or Partner and User or Merchant may be subject to termination of its abilities to utilize the Partner platform, notification of incident to law enforcement (if required) and no refund of service fees paid previously will be granted. Partner reserves the right to terminate access to its platform at any time and for any reason.
